In Genesis chapter 1, 7 times you see “Then God said,… And that is what happened.” God’s words were powerful enough to speak our intricate universe into existence.
Think about how minuscule your problem is compared to that. Many people give up on themselves…life…their dreams because things become formidable. Problems are simply hurdles that are a part of your journey. Everyone experiences trials. Everyone! It’s part of life. There’s no way to avoid them. All you can do is prepare yourself so your mindset and you attitude will be adjusted when they DO come. Little by little you will see your growth…your maturity. Then, when you’re being tested, you will notice you are more at peace even if there may be chaos surrounding you.
This confidence comes from you learning to trust God at His word. If the Lord made you a promise…it WILL happen. Remember, God is incapable of lying. So if God told you that you are called to _____________________ (whatever that is), believe it. No matter how ridiculous it may sound, believe. Actually that’s usually a sign that it really IS from God. God will always call you to a place (not necessarily a physical place) where you will NOT be able to carry out your purpose without you crying out to Him for help (guidance, wisdom, protection, etc…).
In regards to your purpose, God said “________________”. What happens now is completely reliant on your decision to obey, trust, and follow through. Prepare yourself for what you’ve been summoned to.
Before you know it, this will happen—“And that is what happened.”
